About Dr. Sarter
Dr. Brian Sarter is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society (FHRS), and currently serves as Regional President of Cardiovascular Physicians of Delaware — a role that reflects his leadership within the practice as much as his clinical expertise. He specializes in electrophysiology, with a focus on hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, remote patient monitoring, clinical research, device management, and EP procedures.
Dr. Sarter completed his medical training at NYU School of Medicine, his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and his electrophysiology fellowship at Allegheny University Hospitals.
Married with two children, Dr. Sarter stays active outside of work through skiing, tennis, pickleball, and golf.
