About Dr. Myers

Dr. Robert Myers is a board-certified cardiologist with additional certifications in Echocardiography, Cardiovascular Disease, and Nuclear Cardiology. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Jefferson Medical College, then completed his internal medicine residency and fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology at Christiana Hospital.

A native Delawarean, Dr. Myers grew up in North Bowers Beach and was a multi-sport athlete in his youth, including a stint as a minor league pitcher with the Baltimore Orioles and Minnesota Twins organizations before pursuing medicine. He and his wife, Dr. Alison Myers, EdD — a retired teacher and current president of the Cape Henlopen School Board — are the parents of five children.
